6 декабря АО Банк «ККБ», Гарант и расчетный банк Системы по рублевым кошелькам (WMP, WMR), получил предписание ЦБ РФ о приостановлении операций пополнения и перевода электронных средств платежа с 7 декабря 2021 года на 6 месяцев. Это ограничение делает невозможным для участников Системы операции пополнения, обмена и перевода по P и R-кошелькам.
Во исполнение требований регулятора с 23:59 6 декабря 2021 года доступными для владельцев P и R-кошельков остаются только операции оплаты в торгово-сервисных предприятиях, уплата штрафов и налогов, вывод рублей на собственные банковские счета (вывод на банковские карты будет осуществляться только через СБП).
